Further Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.

Additionally included in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key labelling distinct sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.

More materials made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
